Kids'
English with Kira is a series of collectible little books that allow
kindergarten students and lower grade students to get acquainted with the world around
them in English. Pictures are dominant and the captions below them tend to use very
simple yet quite varied English. There are repetitions for key words and often the
texts rhyme so that younger children may learn them more easily. These books have only
English text inside.
The format and length is suitable for the limited attention span of
young children. The level of difficulty (1 to 5) is indicated by the number of
ladybirds on the cover. In 2009 we mainly focus on lower level books (1-2 ladybirds) |
